JFK Administration response: decal fee pays for supplies and ID passes. Parking on campus is always a liability and it’s at your own risk.
b. Lack of toilet tissue and hand soap in the restrooms
JFK Administration response: the school has enough supplies. With 2,500 students we lack staff members to consistently maintain the supply and demand and supplies are being vandalized.
c. Student lockers
JFK Administration response: there are lockers in the gym; students bring their own lock. There is no space on campus to put lockers
JFK Administration response: 9th and 10th graders need 75 hours; 11th grade can only accumulate 20 hours, per graduation requirement; each teacher offers 5 hours. The Guam Education Policy Board (GEPB) is putting together a comprehensive review for law-makers regarding this requirement by law. There are many loopholes in this law that must to be re-visited.
