ATTENTION STUDENTS:
The WASC Visiting Team will be on campus on Monday, April 20th thru Tuesday, April 21, 2009. Please show your Islander Spirit by coming to school in full uniform, hospitality and respect as well as keeping our campus clean. Be on your best behavior. Way to go Islanders!!
Applications for On-Campus Student Parking: will be available beginning Wednesday, April 15th. Because of orders from the GPSS Safety Officer, after the deadline there will be no parking outside the campus. Violators will be towed away at your expense. There will be NO FEE charged for student parking permits. Please see the Discipline Office for applications, and requirements needed.
Seniors: Tentative graduation list is posted in the Counselors’ Office. See your counselor today to verify your graduation status.
Summer School Registration forms are available in the Counseling Office. Summer School will be June 8th to July 29, 2009 from 8am-12pm at Okkodo High School. 1st Priority- Summer Grad 09’, 2nd Priority- Freshmen (0-5.5 credits), 3rd Priority- All others who failed a class.
Students taking AP Exams don’t forget to make final payments by Thursday, April 30, 2009 in the Business Office.
You will be called out of class to complete the pre-administration documents prior to the exams.
School to Work Seminar today, April 21, 2009 in the library, Be prompt!
Class of 2009 is selling Islander Shirts for $13.00 in Room B110. Also, senior shirts are now ready to be picked up in Room B110 or may be bought for $15.00 each. There are 2 different designs for each shirt. (green and black)
Class of 2009 presents A Sadie Hawkins Dance “A Tropical Paradise” on Saturday, April 25, 2009 from 6-11pm at the Dededo Community Center. Tickets are sold in Room B110 or see any Class Officer. ($5.00 pre-sold/ $7.00 at door).

Graduating Seniors: Please report to the Discipline Office to obtain and sign your Senior Contract enabling you to participate in the graduation ceremony this year. Violation of the contract or failure/refusal to sign the contract may result in your removal from the graduation ceremony. Deadline to sign contract is Wednesday, April 22, 2009.

“Prep Yourself” SAT Tutoring and College Counseling Workshop: 730pm in the UOG Cafeteria, Wednesday nights on the following dates: April 22, 2009 & April 29, 2009.
Islanders! This Spring Vivace along with JFK’s select beginning chorus Voce Nuevo present a variety of music in “Spring Fever” on May 2, 2009 at 7:00pm and May 3, 2009 at 3:00pm at the GATE Tiyan Theatre. Purchase your tickets from any Vivace, Voce Nuevo or in Room G108. Tickets are $5.00 advance and $7.00 at the door.

Applications for Summer School Teachers are still being accepted by Mandell in A100. Summer School is scheduled for June 8-July 29, 2009. Teacher hours are from 8:00am to 12:30 daily. Last day to apply is May 15, 2009
